Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels to appear together in WWE DVD

No *wonder* they can't see eye to eye! HEYOOOO! (P.S. Check out Michael Hayes in the background. See what I did there with the "P.S." part??)

According to Prowrestling.net, Jim Ross revealed today on his Twitter account that the big huge groundbreaking DVD project he alluded to recently is a new WWE release featuring enemies-turned-tolerators Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels.

“No holds barred talk,” Ross wrote. “Special day for me.”

Every day a person gets to listen to balding Kermit the Frog and delusional Call Me a Cargo Plane Because I Claim to Carry Everyone talk about 15-plus-year-old dirty laundry is a special day. (Yes, I’m going to buy it.) I imagine this DVD will be structured as such: Jim Ross will get both guys to discuss their upbringings in wrestling (Hart as a second-generation wrestler and Michaels as a lifelong fan who came up through the territories) to show that they aren’t so different after all… but while Hart worshipped his rugged father, Stu, Michaels wanted to be just like party animal Ric Flair. Then the angry young Michaels landed in the same federation as the determined Hart, where they didn’t see eye to eye on a number of things. Yada yada Iron Man Match, yada yada Sunny Days, yada yada hair pulling, yada yada Survivor Series, yada yada Confidential, yada yada both men grew up once they left the comfort of their WWE home and decided it was time to bury the hatchet. There, I hope I just saved you $19.96 and a trip to Walmart. (Yes, I’m going to buy it.) -Eric
