– The Authority comes out to start the show. Seth Rollins talks about how he talked HHH into not firing Dean Ambrose. Rollins was having his coat tails ridden by Ambrose. HHH tells Ambrose he has to come into the ring to sign his contract for his match at Elimination Chamber. Dean Ambrose shows and says he dreams of punching Rollins in the face. Ambrose is going to make some changes when he’s champion. Rollins thinks we all want to be Justin Bieber. Rollins says that Ambrose is going to be a loser his whole life. Why did Rollins make an allusion to Curb Stomping Ambrose? Dean starts marching to the ring. Roman Reigns comes in through the crowd. Stephanie finally gets mic time. She makes a match between Rollins & Kane against Ambrose & Reigns.

The match starts after the break. Reigns ends up taking the beating for the faces. J&J Security distracted him so that Kane could get in some cheap hits. Ambrose gets a hot tag too early. Maybe they don’t want Reigns selling even if interference is involved? Ambrose ends up being the seller. Reigns & Kane end up in the ring. This smells like a finish combo. Kane gets in a big boot after another distraction. Ambrose tags in after a Superman Punch. He gets a two count from a top rope elbow. Rollins broke it up. Rollins knees Ambrose in the head. Ambrose reverses a back slide and gets the three count. I was wrong but that finish insures Rollins wins on Sunday.

Renee Young interviews Dean Ambrose. He guarantees a signed contract. J&J Security interrupt. He chases them off but popped a camera guy. He acts like he’s sorry. I don’t get this part of the angle.

R Truth takes on Rusev. Truth has been in four Chamber matches? Really? Accolade. No surprise there. He snags a mic and calls for Lana. She doesn’t answer his calls. Lana hits the ring after the break. Rusev sells her a slew of reasons they should stay together. Lana raises his hand. Rusev thens tells her to say she was wrong. Lana states again that he said “I quit.” She doesn’t want to hear his moronic mouth again. That is more final. Dolph Ziggler greets her on the ramp. They kiss. Rusev freaks out.

Dean Ambrose is back stage when HHH & Seth Rollins arrive. They bully the camera man into arresting Ambrose.

King Barrett is taking on Ryback. The Big Guy is still selling the rib injury. Wasteland looked to really injure the ribs. Barrett got cocky. Ryback got pissed. Spinebuster then a Shell Shock for the win.

Stephanie & HHH greet the main cast of Entourage. I think it’s Turtle that brings up Ronda Rousey to Steph. It dampens the rah rah mood. I watched the first season of Entourage but nothing since then. Had much more to do about dropping HBO than it did about Entourage itself.

Stardust is taking on Neville. Bo Dallas comes out when Stardust has a single leg crab on. Neville gets cheered on by Dallas. Red Star for a quick win. Dallas takes out Neville’s knee again. The Divas who don’t get TV time get to talk to the cast of Entourage. Zack Ryder gets screen time.

Dolph Ziggler takes on Sheamus again. Rusev is much more Bulgarian now that him and Lana are split. Sheamus takes out Ziggler’s knee. Then Ziggler flips out of a move and drop kicks Sheamus. Sell the leg injury! Please. Lana comes out to the ramp. Booker T makes a big deal out of Lana being a distraction while Ziggler hasn’t ever looked at her. Good observation, sir. Sheamus misses a charge and shoulders the post. Ziggler super kicks Sheamus. Rusev comes down to the ring. Ziggler super kicks him too. Brogue Kick for the win. Rusev starts beating on Ziggler while staring at Lana. Accolade looking right at Lana.

John Cena comes out at the top of the hour. After a bit of a rah rah speech, Cena flat out says that Kevin Owens may not be the solution to Cena that many people think he is. Cena then puts the US Title on the line. The cast of Entourage comes out. The crowd is ambivalent as usual. They introduce Zack Ryder. Let’s see if Ryder gets a decent match out of this.

Cena gets to interrupt the Broski Boot to get in his offense. Matt Dillion’s brother gets in the ring. Ryder rolls up Cena. Impaler for a two count. Broski Boot connects. Rytder misses a 450 splash. AA for the win. That’s one way to lose quickly. Kevin Owens ambushes Cena and hits the Pop Up Power Bomb again. He steps on the US Title again.

Stephanie, HHH and Seth Rollins are talking back stage. Renee Young asks a stupid question about Dean Ambrose. Rollins gets in some pot shots on Ambrose.

Paige is taking on Tamina. The Bellas are on the head sets. We can’t hear them, Michael. They finally got the mic turned on. They have a nice brawling style match. Naomi ends up clocking Paige while Tamina “distracts” the ref. Samoan Drop for the win. Nice of the heel’s help to get some heat.

The New Day is in the ring. They are being persecuted for being positive. Big E gets to make fun of the Islanders. Kane comes out. They’re having a handicapped match against the rest of their contenders. The match breaks down quickly for the DQ. New Day celebrates the win after everyone takes each other out. Xavier Woods gets the Swing into a drop kick move.

The Authority kept flapping their gums about how everything was Dean Ambrose’s own fault for what transpired. Roman Reigns comes down to the ring. Everyone watching knows it’s a ploy to buy Ambrose time. None of the announcers know this and act surprised when Dean Ambrose shows up driving a police van. Just complete silliness. I would imagine, since my DVR cut off here, that Ambrose signed the contract so that we can have a main event at Elimination Chamber. – Kevin
