Even though Chris & Kevin only had WWE Smackdown and Raw to talk about, there was plenty to unpack. Since the events of both shows led to the main event of Raw, your hosts started with Cody Rhodes vs Jey Uso. Though hadn’t been any hints, Rhodes was attacked by Gunther and ruled out of the match. Because they were in Chicago, of course CM Punk was Cody Rhodes’ replacement. With Punk’s win, Chris & Kevin talked about the fact that no WWE Championship holder has been born later than 1990. Since they were on the topic of age, your hosts talked about Sheamus not accepting a restructured deal from the WWE. To close the show, Chris & Kevin talked about Bron Breakker‘s treatment at the hands of Paul Heyman. They also talk about LA Knight confronting Seth Rollins.
